neighbor can sue you for damages if you cause an incident that damages their possessions. Renters Advantage Policy provides the coverage you need, up to the
policy limits and conditions. With Renters Advantage Policy there is also optional contents coverage for your personal property.
What is the difference between contents and liability insurance?
Contents insurance covers your personal property from loss or damage resulting from covered perils. Liability insurance is less familiar to most

What are the policy deductibles?
There is no deductible on liability coverage. The contents insurance deductible is $250 per occurrence.

who may want broader coverage or higher limits, there are other policies on the market that may be appropriate.
